Leadership

Sixth Form students at Immanuel College are well-rounded individuals who are not only academically accomplished but also possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to community service.

Our comprehensive leadership and co-curricular programmes offer students unparalleled opportunities to develop their potential and make a lasting impact on our school community.

Our Senior Prefect system is at the heart of our student leadership structure, providing Sixth Form students with the chance to take on significant responsibilities and contribute meaningfully to school life. Senior Prefect roles include our Head Student team, a Pastoral Prefect, KS3 Prefect, KS4 Prefect, Shevet Achim Prefect, Kulanu Prefect, and Jewish Life and Learning Prefect, each offering unique opportunities for personal growth and community engagement.

The Immanuel Family Programme is a cornerstone of our mentoring initiatives, allowing Sixth Form students to welcome and support new Year 7 pupils as they transition into secondary education. Sixth Form students also have the opportunity to work in our Prep school, gaining valuable experience in education and mentorship.

Through these leadership roles and co-curricular activities, Immanuel College Sixth Form students not only enrich their own educational experience but also contribute significantly to the school's vibrant community. They develop essential skills such as communication, organisation, and teamwork, which are invaluable for their future academic and professional endeavours.
