Alumnus Alfie Joins our IC6 Careers Programme
This week we were absolutely delighted to welcome back Alfie Futerman, our Head Boy from the Class of 2018, as part of our IC6 Careers Programme. Alfie returned to Immanuel College to share his inspiring journey toward becoming a lawyer, offering students valuable insights into life after school and the realities of pursuing a career in law.
During his engaging talk, Alfie reflected on his time at Immanuel College and how it shaped his aspirations and work ethic. He went on to describe his academic experiences at the University of Birmingham, where he studied law and developed a deeper understanding of the legal profession. He also spoke candidly about the challenges and milestones involved in securing a highly competitive training contract, and his subsequent professional experiences at Clifford Chance, one of the world’s leading law firms.
Alfie's visit not only offered practical advice and encouragement to our current students but also served as a powerful reminder of what can be achieved through dedication, resilience, and a clear sense of purpose. We are incredibly proud of his accomplishments and grateful for his continued connection to the Immanuel College community.
