Fees
Immanuel College fees, which are payable each term in advance, (unless paid in accordance with an approved College scheme), include tuition fees, stationery and the use of text books, except for certain GCSE texts and books given to pupils. Details of lunches, (which are compulsory until the Sixth Form), transport and so forth are available from the Bursar’s office. Late payment of fees incurs a penalty administration surcharge.
TUITION FEES (Termly) £4,150.00
LUNCHES (ANNUAL) £696.00
FEES MAY INCREASE ANNUALLY
PAYMENT TERMS
The College issues invoices in advance of each term that are due for payment by no later than the first day of each term. As a concession, the College will accept payment by direct debit in twelve instalments.
SCHOLARSHIPS
Several scholarships may be awarded annually, including the Immanuel Jakobovits scholarships that are re-awarded subject to an annual review throughout a pupil's time at the College. Scholarships are awarded at the discretion of the Head Master and the Governors.
YOUNGER BROTHERS AND SISTERS
Any pupil entering from September 2009 who has a sibling already at the College will qualify for a 10% reduction in tuition fees whilst an older sibling remains at the College.
REGISTRATION
A non-returnable fee of £60 must accompany the completed application form for registration to proceed.
ACCEPTANCE FEE
An acceptance fee of £500 must accompany the formal acceptance of a place at the College. This fee will be credited against a pupil's final (leaving) term, unless a pupil withdraws prior to taking up his/her place or withdraws from the College before the end of his/her Year 11 studies, in which case it is non-returnable.
FEE INSURANCE
No refund of fees will be given by the College for any reason, except as stated above under Acceptance Fee. The Bursar will send you details of the Fees Refund Scheme that may enable you to recover certain fees for periods of absence because of illness. This insurance is paid each term in advance and is contracted on an annual basis.
NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL
Parents wishing to withdraw a pupil from the College, music lessons, lunches or the transport service must give one full term's notice in writing to the Bursar and Head Master and have received a written acknowledgement. In the absence of such notice and acknowledgement, a term's fees will be payable in lieu thereof.
PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE
All pupils are covered by personal accident insurance, further details of which are available from the Bursar.
AMENDMENTS
The Governors reserve the right to amend College fees and charges as described above and such amendments will apply to all parents.
