Siyum for Masechet Rosh Hashana

A siyum was held on Wednesday 23rd March in the Immanuel College Beit HaMidrash to celebrate the completion of Mishnayot Rosh Hashanah.

The pupils (from Years 7-9) learnt all the mishnayot through once during meetings of the popular break time ‘Mishna ‘n’ Munch’ Club and learnt the entire Mesechot a second time through, for revision.

Mr Ormonde, who conducted the siyum said, “The siyum celebrated the achievements of over 40 pupils who had completed the Masechet and sat a written test on the text they had learnt.” Well done to all – this was a well-deserved celebration.
