Immanuel College Year 11 Students Succeed at GCSE

Immanuel College celebrates its eighth consecutive year of achieving at least 95% of passes at A* to C grade. Eighty Year 11 students were entered for 731 examinations with 59% of these examinations passed at grades A* or A. Twenty-five pupils (30% of the year) gained eight or more A* or A grades.
Top pupils include David Gee and Stephen Moses, both of whom gained 9 A-stars, Naomi Sheer with 8 A stars and Eve Wilson with 7 A stars.
Head Master Philip Skelker commented: ?I am delighted with our pupils? excellent results and congratulate them upon their achievement and determination to succeed, and thank our teachers for their dedication and constant encouragement.?
David Gee, who received 9 A stars and 3 A?s commented: ?I can't put it into words how I feel, I'm ecstatic. All the hard work has paid off. I've had the most amazing time at Immanuel. The teachers are the best and are there to help you every step of the way.?
Natasha Rosenfeld, who received 5 A stars, 4 A?s and 1 B said: ?I am in complete shock. I'm so happy with my results. I love Immanuel and can't wait to stay here for sixth form.?
